Selection and Placement is one of the most important human resources functions of Paşaoğulları in order to bring good talents to the company. Training and Development

Her yıl eğitim analiz çalışması yapılarak, performans değerlendirme, kariyer planları ve yetenek yönetimi doğrultusunda bir eğitim programı hazırlanır. Eğitim programının amacı; çalışanların hem mesleki bilgi ve becerilerini hem de kişisel becerilerini geliştirmektir. Paşaoğullarında eğitim, çalışanların şirkete hızlı adapte olmaları amacıyla oryantasyon programı ile başlar, teknik ve kişisel becerileri geliştirme eğitimleri ile devam eder. Ayrıca çalışanların ihtiyaçlarına yönelik farklı eğitimler için alanında deneyimli ve öncü eğitim kurumları ile işbirliği yapar.

Performance and Talent Management

It is our primary goal to create an organizational culture with high performance with the performance evaluation system applied in Paşaoğulları. In performance management, goals are set in accordance with the basic strategies of Paşaoğulları. In line with these goals, employees and managers mutually agree on business goals in order to measure business performance. In the performance evaluation system, both goals and competencies are evaluated and implemented twice a year in a structured manner at the semester and at the end of the year.

Data obtained as a result of performance evaluation; It is used in the implementation of other human resources processes such as Training and Development, Career Management and Wage Management systems.

In addition to the performance evaluation system in which all employees take part, “360 Degree Performance Evaluation” application is made for management staff once a year.

With talent management, it is aimed to identify, develop and retain talents that can work in senior positions in the company.
